Ha ha. It's so weird how many bits I remember from Maxie's World, after all these years. I really remember one where one of the girls had a pet dog (old english sheepdog I think) which died, and she spent the whole episode crying. So silly when I think back now.

Oh my GOD! I remember this episode when I was little. I used to watch it when I was little on Saturday mornings. It seemed so cool and grown-up! For those moaning about how they make fat people sound bad

1. The cartoon is set in 80's LA it is pretty authentic for the attitude there at that time and maybe still today among hollywood stars.

2. Get a life.

From what I remember, the show was set in Malibu, but yes, still in California to have that attitude on beauty. The point of those clips put together was my realization that this female character has not only be exposed to 1 fetish, but about 3 different fetishes going on at the same time; for those of us as adults who have those fetishes to see that.
