  • That is nice, please show more video of what things look like from the window view as well. I give you a thumbs up !!

  • 160k. wow. more than double the speed of the rotation of the earth.

  • How reliable are these cars? I'm experienced with Nissans but very new to Porsches, Theres a 1988 s4 manual with 188,xxxkm up for sale that has my attention, can you advise me on what to look out for?

  • @ztunelover I just bought an 87' S4 5 speed. Join rennlist and become a member, it's invaluable, then ask that question there, in the 928 forum, and you'll get the proper answers.

  • @ztunelover check the maintance records carefully unless you want a project car, - such things to look out for,- rust, slppy collision repair, are all electronics working as they should, has this car been sitting for a long period of time , timing belt and water pump change, among other things ..

  • PS: I've had my 928S up to 270km/hr. and it was still creeping up. AMAZING!

  • I'm planning on getting one of those babies. S4 5spd. God their good. and comfortable when you settle down. damn what a great car. only thing taht will kill ya in the tune ups.

  • Whew! i got 5.2 sec 0-60! is this stock??

  • PORSCHE There is no substitute

  • I love Porsche's from the golden years!

  • Porsche 928 GTS only the best car ever!!!

  • made ME smile...! great clip..!

  • Your Porsche is most vicious and beautiful, lots of good safe fast, happy driving. By the way, check out my porsche song dedicated to you Porsche 928 enthusiasts. Type in "Porsche Song" on you tube it comes up number #1. Comments are encouraged.

  • Oh,man when it reached 60 the acceleration of this 928 is so fast!

It's weird that the one that i about to

buy from used showroom it's has the different steering wheel not a four-spoke

    porsche steering wheel.

I didn't know that 928 are set the top speed meter up to 300 km/h.

  • geil ^^

  • Sounds like an auto to me, but I'm not positive

  • You are correct, Auto........

  • damn...sounds like a muscle car just like one of those fast n furious movies! beautiful beast!

  • @fadrezz515 You left a kind post... nice. It is a muscle car. I've had my 928S for 10 years (as of 2010). It's buried 2 - 350Z's. Gone toe-to-toe with a Ninja bike (and others) - so much so that at the arrived red light he had to brake so hard his entire back end went vertical (he was a good rider). It's beat Mustang GT's, Monte Carlo + Cadillac's (both 300hp) in race AND handling.

    The 928 is VERY FORMIDABLE!

  • Most 928 were sold as auto, it's almost impossible to find one that is manual sadly. But the auto fits the mood and purpose of the car, which is a gran tourer.

  • They manual versions are a lot more fun to drive...

  • look on ebay there plenty

  • @phantomloita the 928 S4 GT (not gts which in my opinion, feel there was no point in making) had a 5 speed 'dogleg gearbox'.

Also the 928 S4 GT (1992 version) had 0-60 in 5.0 seconds and top speed of 173mph!!!!

  • Is your 928 a standard, or were you just flooring it?

  • Still goes alright. Did you end up getting rid of the 944?
