@MalignantNarcissism2 Yes, it's an electronic drum kit. The sound module used in this video was the Roland TD-20X. The shells are custom made by a German company called drumtec. But they are actually "just for the looks" - the sound is fully electronic.
@MRMERCURIAL98 Thanks a lot! I have actually just made a new version of this cover, using "Steven Slate Drums" - better sound and less mistakes on my end... ;-)
@MisterDrumsNoob Thanks, I am glad you like the cover! I am quite happy with the drum kit. I had a standard Roland TD-9 before, but sold it again. The TD-20X sounds so much better.
I am actually Swiss, but my wife is Brazilian. Muito obrigado, mesmo assim :-)
@TheMrchrisk76 That's really cool..... I'm aiming at buy a Roland td-kx2 drumset soon.... It's the best cheap e-drum set, I think.....Enjoy your td-20x module, it's great! Take care!
@NllMA Thanks. Yes, I believe it's a Gibraltar frame. Nice and solid.
It's actually not a hybrid kit, but a 100% e-drum. The module is a Roland TD-20X. The drum shells are essentially only for the "looks". They are mesh heads and contain triggers (i.e., make no acustic sounds). I bought it at drumtec in Germany. In a nutshell, it's just a nicer version of the Roland TD-20X, with a more realistic look and feel.
What made me choose e-drums? Well, my neighbours, I guess... ;-)

acho que o ximbau tá meio des-sincronizado. Fora isso tá ótimo, cara.

@ZEEBOFAN Oi, muito obrigado cara. Eu sei, eu ainda estou iniciante...
Mas acabei de fazer uma nova versão, usando "Steven Slate Drums" (samples) (veja no meu canal). O som fica muito melhor!
Como está o ximbau nesta versão, melhor?

Making mistakes is the only way we learn :)
