I ve read many papers about pendulum experiments, but not sure if Foucault effect really exists, like small precesion at equator and 32 hours in Paris ( clockwise ?) . 24 hours at poles ( south pole- anticlockwise? ) Can be Allais "big" effect - 24h , 24h 50 min detected at equator?
Is Maurice Allais stil alive? I m his fun from Slovakia !
Why aren t there any news on your allais info ? What about new confirmations in 22 sept. 2006 eclipse in Gode institut and in Romania, what about gravimeters anomalies in Turkey found by Kuusela ? Some news about Tang and his team, were they successful in China?
I am not sure, myself, about any 2006 anomalies. There were some strange observations.
Kuusela did not see any substantial anomaly in Turkey.
I have heard third-hand, that Tang and his team did see something interesting, but as yet I have not received any definite information. I guess they are preparing a publication. It is rather frustrating...
Yes , I know that Gode institut "reconsidered" what was observed, but Olenici paper looks inaf sure: A confirmation of the Allais and Jeverdan-Rusu-Antonescu effects ...
during the solar eclipse from 22 September 2006 , and the quantization of behaviour of pendulum. V. A. Popescu. 1*. , D. Olenici ... How strong has to be the effect to be considered as real ?
These are all assumptions.
The moon does not pass directly overhead anywhere north of 27 degrees N, and such an experiment has never been tried. It would be interesting.

Of course there is a Foucault effect. This is well known.
The Allais effect is controversial.
Maurice Allais is still alive, at 98, but he is rather frail, and does not communicate by email.

Because there are only 24 hours in the day!
