It just makes me wonder... are all these products completely necessary? Or are we all just being fooled into believing we need them? I look at my husbands skin, and he has a beautiful complexion. He never uses skin care products, we both eat well... but comparatively speaking my skin looks like crap. Im sure the cause of my acne and dry skin is a direct result from using makeup!
idont think u need a buy book on what ur skin type is.your skin is the way it because we are obviously doing something wrong.one of the things your skin reflects is your diet.if you eat alot of cooked processed food,do we really think our skin will glow? using cosmetics with all kinds of chemicals hurt the skin.if you dont exercise
your body cant throw out toxins in your skin causing pimples etc.search for ORGANIC skin care and cosmetics.you cant go wrong.knowledge is power so reserch!
Was wondering if you can recommend a good cleanser/moisturizer under the organic skin care line? I have sensitive skin & there are sooo many diff. kinds of products out there - just thought if there's some organic products that you've used & wouldn't mind sharing your knowledge thanx
hi,sure i can.i just ordered today some skin care stuff from e3live.com.its excellent.also go to rawfood.com,they have great skin care prods there.using something on your face is great but getting down to the root prob as well will do wonders meaning, what we eat.hope this helps!
I exercise, I eat healthy AND STILL NEED TO BE CORRECTLY ADVICED ON WHAT TO PUT ON MY FACE TO CLEAN IT from todays smog makeup etc, TO MOISTURIZE IT because of dryness in the working environments (air conditioner)or excessive humidity living in some countries ETC ETC ECT. Of course there are also people out there who have had grreaaat skin all of their lives, even more when they have had a healthy life for at least 3-4 months, but all the same,

THEY ALSO NEED TO BE ADVISED ON WHAT TO USE so that they can keep up with good skin despite all external factors
