It is the Suction Cup Mount, was a little tricky but after a few tries it worked.

I have a GoPro but have not used it under water yet.

I have read that the convex lens glass in the case causes a lack of focus which this video shows. There have been mods done with flat glass to achieve sharp focus on the GoPro under water. Thanks for the vid.

Yes, thats right. But there are lenses you can buy to fix this problem.

Elbow should not lead the stroke under water. Try to concentrate on that.

First of all, thanks. And yes I used the suction cup underwater, it was quite difficult to attach it, but once you get it, its absolutly "bombproof" ;)

Also used for this Video: The Roll Bar Mount and the Vented Helmet Strap Mount.
