yes surf the web and their is plenty of steps you can print out on line it takes aproximately 3 months to learn if you practice an hour a day well almost everyday haha.... oh and bye the way it was not photo shoppped.
you need to kick it a little higher than the side of your foot. it takes much practice and u need to hit the ball on the right angle and side....it took me a few years to master it
Ive been practicing my bend for about a month now, I can get it in from behind the goal line. That's my achievment... not much but im proud. :D

now move 2 the 18 yard box line, and moved the ball behind the net even with the back post and bend it in.

i try to bend but it just messes up the corner by going into the side netting or to the keeper
