@flameninja00 umm not sure you are watching right video. wrx are turbo so is the sti and v-6 beat both. the v8 mustang gt and the sti (LL2)were in the second video and the v8 beat the sti as did the v-6.

Anyone know why ford discontinued sterling gray (the colour of the mustang in the ad)? I blew my load when I saw this commercial since this is my favourite colour in any vehicle. I went on ford web site to price out a mustang as I'm planning on buying one and sterling gray was gone! so choked! Only colour I like.
Even though that one looks good for the commercial, i absolutely hate the new front ened, and the new curved back ends with the downed spoiler on the trunk. Also i don't like the black plastic where the exhausts stick out. Blahh. I'll stick with the 05 to 09 models.

Still doesnt compare to the power of the might V8, its still a V6, i test drove a new V6 2011. Then an older GT 2008, didnt even feel close. On the plus side all the new features, 31mpg, navigation, interior overall is a a lot nicer. If you want overall raw power though, go for the V8. Just have extra money for gas.
When do you think we will get a new body style? 2015 maybe? They should make a 70's fastback look alike, that would be cool, and dump the back seats, they are useless. I am 6'1 and i honestly did not feel comfotable sitting in the back of my fiends 07' stang. You need to be around 5'8 to be ok in there. Lets just get rid of them in my opinion. I just bought a Mustang V6 Premium two days ago, and I have to say, it is the best vehicle that I have ever owned. I've been driving the hell out of this car (about 500 miles already), and I am loving it. I especially love when Honda Civics are next to me, and they're thinking this is an older V6, not paying attention to the exhaust. They get put in their place, where they belong, staring at the back of my Mustang.
I Just got one (Sterling Gray) and holy hell I love it!! added K&C CAI, Black Eleanor stripes with Grabber Blue outline, Grabber Blue caliper big brakes, Super Chips tune, Window and door scoops, Magnaflow 2.5 inch pipes and a 3.73 gear ratio. Its easy burning the old GT's but I haven't taken a crack at the 5.0 yet....idk if I even want to....lol anyone wants info Lemmy know I'm pretty knowledgeable and I got mustang mods down to a science.
I can watch this all day! Definitely makes me want to go outside and drive mine. That V6 is ULTRA responsive and even with my driving I still get 19mpg in the city and just over 25 highway. It was well worth the wait!

I can watch this all day! Definitely makes me want to go outside and drive mine. That V6 is ULTRA responsive and even with my driving I still get 19mpg in the city and just over 25 highway. It was well worth the wait!

I wouldn't be surprised if Toyota wasn't hurting bad either with the recent decline in sales and with all the recalls for Toyota and Lexus.
