Probably the signature song of all doo wop! When it came out in 1952 doo wop was fading out. make sure you check out his othe great song from 1968 'groovy situation'.

I used to sing this with an old lady friend as we took our walks through the my forest. Though I would say Forest God instead of Duke of Earl. I'd also say nothing can stop The Forest God and those who try I will make you suffer lol. Great Song.
