  • The book is nice. Leadership, team building, problem solving explained in very few words and elementary but effective examples. But I am curious to know what would happen to the colony if the seagull wasn't flying over Fred & company heads the same moment they were trying to figure out the solution lol. They were so lucky!!! lol Only kidding lol...again nice job.

  • impressive work John P. Kotter

  • I only clicked the link to hear what the penguin had to say. I'm disappointed.

  • Marx said something about changing the world but I doubt whether Kotter and all those who follow him would understand, since there are no penguins in Marx...

  • What a bunch of bull shit

  • he is funny. in a mostly deadpan way.

  • sadly the next iceberg in the book will start melting to.When will people get real?

Stop trying to capitalise on anything that moves

  • An inspirational piece of work that doesn't require an MBA in order to understand what it means and how to learn from it

  • I have read the book ... its great, book is basically about leadership and change, it's there in my course module ... anyways Imao did he say 68 degree Celsius in the studio?...... 45 mins really...it took me 8 hrs to read it...

  • Gne be fahrenheit lol. * hrs? I'm hopin to read it befor my exam. seems Im gna have to go and buy it direct rather than ordering online.

  • @ginkx319 He said 68 degrees FAHRENHEIT. That temperature is bearable to humans and the electronics have a lower failure rate at 68 F and below than above.

  • Interesting to discover just how much we can learn from penguins. Perhaps this will lead to greater funding for penguin studies from the corporate community.

  • excellent exquisite book

  • Superb intellect - thank you.

  • The book is excellent. The eight steps have been discussed in detail in this book for a successful change. Warmest Regards to Mr. Kotter

  • I would like to especially thank Professor at Harvard Business School, Dr. John P. Kotter for his invaluable work throughout an entire lifetime with Leadership. I send him the greatest professional acknowledgement and admiration for his contribution to the concept of Leadership and his work in broadening the same.

Best Regards From Siegfried Andersen, Denmark
