old video but ima explain it anyway. at 0:14 the barrel is not on fire. the enemies though are still firing at this guy and his team and at around 0:15 or so you will hear a bullet hit metal a.k.a a random sniper bullet hit the barrel. the killcam did infact show what was happening when it blew up not him shooting it. for everyone who didnt know, there you have it....

dudes 0:16 you can hear a bullet going through metal, and on his radar a shot came from that direction. So the barrel that guy just shot before it blew up when you were beside it must have turned another direction and the barrel blew up after he shot it, and that guyas shooting a different barrel when the other exploded, thats why the killcam was messed.
