Russia is everyday working on creation of new military technologies, new military systems, S-400, Topol-m, air defence, etc.. Russian navy is better then america's, we use different tactics, we swim and take coast by fighting at teh same time, you just swim to coast, then move to coast, and then fight. SCO is more a organization that resembles EU then NATO. If u check then you see that it is a security and economical organization and not a military block.
