  • ...and by the way. We all jump off the band wagon at times. The good part about that is..YOU CAN JUMP RIGHT BACK ON!!

  • OK...1. First thing in the morning. Time you wake up. Don't think about anything else. Forget about everything. Drink a glass of water and go exercise! Don't think. Just do it!!!

  • One thing I found is that if i wait around for motivation and the right moment to do something, i'll keep putting it off. Sometimes the motivation you seek only really comes to you when you're actually a few weeks into your journey. Dont wait, go for it - your potential is out there, and it's waiting for you.
