The pace seems fast for a rode of that type;here in the states this roads speed would probably be set around 45MPH or so. Seems very heavily travelled for a rural route. That said why the obssesion with passing everything in front of you regardless of the pace? I too hate being behind lorries, but if you hold the distance you can still see far enough to be comfortable. I enjoy these videos..makes one think about your own riding habits.
i would've throttled back alot more when passing those junctions @ 6:20. you must of been doing 50 at that stage. And the vid does come over as abit 'i must overtake sooner'
But good riding, and 10 times better than the rubbish riding you see on a hot Sunday around Macclesfield..bloody part-time doners
Thanks for the comment, from memory the rider had only been with me a couple of hours and we were heading for the dinnertime debrief. Well spotted on the junctions and yes I agree with the overtakes.
"Index 3:35, thought rider stayed out a bit too long once it was obvious there was no view." Yeah i have to agree, if there was a copper that saw that monouvour, he would have been pulled over, way too far behind to be overtaking and to then not accelerate as thats what bikes can do ... a cop would have seen the move and declared the rider not confident to know whats ahead and a unsafe position on the road
id have kicked his butt for that last overtake..... silly silly silly.

national speed limit in the uk is 60mph, and it may seem a lot quicker becuase its via video camera and not throug your own eyes.
