You blow my mind, man! This is amazing! Theres so much emotion in the voices. You've got to do more stuff like this and when you do, i'll be watching :P
because wrapping the shovel with a blanket, and adding the fact that the guys following him were at a distance, it could've have resembled to them that he was hiding a weapon in the blanket. possibly to make it look like a shotgun or something. that was atleast my impression.
i just got this graphic novel and loved every page. i just have one question, whats up with joker wrapping the shovel in the blanket? and how did he know it was in the trunk???
i know this was 10 months ago but as to answer your question about why the joker wrapped the shovel on a blanket, i'm pretty sure to make the people watching them think he had a shotgun. hence him saying, "i'll ride shotgun"
@pmills626 yeah. for sure. ive realized that now. i wonder why i was watching this on youtube lol...i have the book, and have had it for longer than 10 months.
its pretty obvious, but the whole scene was confusing at the time. i was really just wondering what the shovel represented as far as Jonnys character went, and i get it now. i cant believe i didnt understand jokers actions at the time, either. thanks for the response
Cool...just keep in mind I did not adapt the whole novel because I wanted to preserve the integrity of the story the way it was meant to be experienced: by reading the actual graphic novel.
hey man im an amatuer animator maybe we can do some kind of collab so i can get some practice. if ur interested message me. ive been wanting to make a joker animation for a long time but dont want to work with a cast. u r a great voice actor and can obviously do all the voices.
Thanks, bro. I hope people just remember that experience counts. And, at 20- and 30 and even 40-something, we don't understand as much as we might think!
I didn;t have time to leave a full comment. I love the perfect quotes and the Movie Masters. I really like the graphic novel and am pleased to see u do 2.
Why thank you dear. Its alright that you havent mentioned me. I would like to see what you have in store next time though. I would most definetely like to see another episode of this, the voice overs were purrfect.

@pctgraverobba
I think Joker just knows that EVERY two bit hood carries a blanket and a shovel in the trunk...take your pick as to the reasons why.
jokercrazed 2 years ago
@jokercrazed good explanation on the how, but it would be great if they showed the "why"
pctgraverobba 2 years ago
@jokercrazed i dont get why!

I have been meaning to mention to you how much I enjoyed the very thoughtful essay you wrote...you offered up a lot of food for thought!
I sincerely hope there are more people around like that courageous pilot and we don't take them for granted.

Excellent work, as always. The action figures work really well, and the gun bit was priceless! 5*

That's a cool gun!! Seriously though, I really liked the camera work and edits. Also, I thought the joker voice was perfect. Keep making more.

Didn't want to clone Heath so I am trying to make his voice something of my own creation.
