In Canada it is 100% legal to take pictures of ANYTHING in a public place. Without consent. Safeway guy is a douche.

The Safeway isn't a public place, though. It's private property, thus the Safeway guy had a right to tell me not to film or take pictures. However, I used the fact that Safeway did not post its policy on cameras anywhere visible to the public to my advantage, and thus played the ignorance card to avoid getting in trouble for doing what I was doing.

Yeah, I think we could have found a better location, myself. We came up with the location in the 10-15 minutes after our previous mission, and we probably should have thought about it for longer. I hope that maybe we can do this again in another location that shows a greater disparity between moving and frozen people. Perhaps a C-train station?

Chinook would be awesome, but we were worried about security. Safeway would have a lot less cops than a major shopping mall. We definitely must do one for Stampede.
