i read the catcher in the rye in one of my english classes adn i loved it...it really brought new meaning to my life...also it was one the books i actually liked...hope you like it too :)
Wow I read the Catcher In The Rye as a school boy in England. I thought it was quite radical and controversial at the time. The author is a recluse and never does interviews.
I'm finishing the hsc this year too! what subjects do you do?
Next year I'm gonna start up my channel and post videos! I cant wait till school is over - then my life can finally begin! (except I wont be 18 for schoolies will u?)
I've read that book, like four times and it gets better every time! Holden is such a relatable character. The entire book is carried by character development alone and it's pheunominal.
You look a little bit like justin beiber here

Shooting John Lennon,
Shooting Ronald Reagan.
Plus others....

I LOVE the Catcher in the Rye. I read it a few years ago and it is still one of my favorite books.
On a sort of related note: the band Pencey Prep was named after the school in that book. I suggest checking them out also.
