Believe me, THAT is a full-fledged funnel cloud.....and if it did touch down on the ground (or does....even if for one second only) it officially becomes recorded as a tornado. Looks like a healthy one too......and I"ve seen many of 'em in tornado alley in the U.S.
the elders on guam are seeing signs of storms but storms they have never seen i hope their not talking about tornados becuase ive been seeing signs of it all over the island
impossible, if any earthquake-type-disaster would occur, it would only cause Guam to lift UP rather than sink. I should know, I've been living here for a while :) Check out my profile as I'll be posting vids of my experiences here soon! :)
i saw one near Cocos island before. it was cool. and it lasted about 2 minutes. it actually reached the water and was sucking up the water and it looked very beautiful.

dued i lived on guam for 5 years and i always leave my house there has never been a tornado fourming here ever
