@HoiMelissa it is preinstalled but i advise(or advice i don't know which is right) you to install the newer facebook application..this phone great..no GPS but can download ovi maps with voice guideline..there is wifi and no 3G..if u already got this phone,pm me to know how to play the most high quality video in this phone..don't waste the vivid screen that u got..

@TheID3000 just simply go to menu ==> settings ==> connectivity ==> wireless lan ==> then wait for a few seconds for it to scan for wifi networks ==> then select your prefered wifi network and if it has a password just enter it then wait for it to connect...

and sometimes it will take a few seconds because it will check its connectivity, then after that go to your browser...

and you're done...

I'm sorry but this phone is really touch-sensitive and works very smooth. The thing is, this guy is actually not familiar with touch screen phones which can be seen. Besides, this phone has old version firmware and the latest one works way better.
