I hope you realize I made this because I love the LoZ games. My mod is simply a base for making fun of other aspects such as society, racism, sexism, etc. Plus OoT is so rich in text, it offers me almost countless opportunities.

Well it stopped that and the words are only different in the place im supposed to be!

I use a hex editor for this series. If you want to do something similar just get a hex editor (Like XVI32), open the ROM, and search for the text you want to change.

... to "ADD" a mod u have a ppf and load the rom to the ppf and the mod to it and it recreats the rom into the mod... orrr load the textures to high res

As for how to use XVI32... Well there isn't much to it really. Google around for how to use a hex editor. They really are pretty simple.

Depends on how customized you want. You could make some interesting things with some texture edits. But to actually adding new weapons would be extremely hard.
