  • i think it would actually encourage more student to have sex...like me..lol

  • Elementary school condoms. Who on earth is having sex in elementary school. LOL! Anyway my position on this! They should be availible upon request to students in middle and high schools with a pamphlet talking about how to use them and prevent STDs. However, parental consent must be obtained before handing them out if they're under 18.

  • hhahahahha is there any for 8 grades i'll bang when i get the priorety

  • Most really young kids think sex is gross, most would never ask for a condom. I think that the fact that the kids would have to go to a counciler is a good thing (before they are given a condom) and I think that kids who are say 11 or 12 should probebly be given one but it should be handled differently with younger students.

  • 3 year olds will be allowed to have condoms by 2050 and they can do it by 2055 at this rate. If this really is going to happen then their's no point in waiting. If you want to wait people then do as you please.

  • I'm in 6th grade and we make that's what she said jokes,buy/sell condoms;),talk about sex,ask who would you rather fuck and all that and the teachers don't notice all of this??????? WTF is up with teachers

  • LUCKY PEOPLE MAN THEY ARE LUCKY THEY DONT HAVE TO BUY CONDOMS

  • um well would u rather have ur kid have sez and get the girl pegenet and all of that, or have them have sex and be safe.

  • Between 2003 and 2004 the rate of 10 year olds with chlamydia tripled!!! When I was in 5th grade (late 90s) I knew a girl who got pregnant in the third grade, her parents hid the pregnancy. While working at an elementary school in 2004 I found out some 1st graders told a girl they were going to hold her down and rape her with a pencil. If you don't think that sex, at the very least oral sex, is happening in elementary school then you need to open your eyes.

  • Omg really? Thats just stupid im young and even i KNO that thats ridiculous -___-

the fuck? their ELEMENTARY kids! Yeah i kno the generations are becoming worse as each one passes by but still ; Get real!

  • I think every1 shud have acsees to condoms

  • Would you rather they not have a condom if they needed one? I guarentee no child has or will ask for a condom unless they ASK for it. Our town is the safest community in the United States. Our children are not molested like others in the country. We have no teenage pregnacy here. Lay off!

  • @agua197575 making condums available at this age can also create a false image of sex to these kids creating future image of hookers and pornstars. I get the idea of informing about sex at an age before puberty, but having condums available at the age is basically the adults saying they have choices in their life even though their still learning about the world arround them.

  • @epicenur False image of sex? Adults have been doing that long before the accessible and exposure to hookers and porn stars. You misunderstand the intentions of education as an offering of a choice. The choice isn't in the education but in the choice where to go to get the information. You have to get out of this compartmentalized thinking and realize that not every child has good parents. Some kids are latch key or come from abusive families, where their primary interactions are in school.

  • This is about access to education and additional choices, not the inabilities of a parent. The teaching of sex isn't being forces on the children;it's being made AVAILABLE. MADE AVAILABLE,Does not mean teachers are going to start randomly lecturing about sex. Also, parent's being unaware doesn't apply to families who have close relationships and open disclosure.IT'S PROVIDED AS AN OPTION TO THOSE UNFORTUNATE CHILDREN WHO HAVE ABUSIVE OR ALOOF UPBRINGINGS. JEEZ, I LOVE HOW THE DOGMATIC SPIN THIS.

  • @agua197575 : If sex education is "made available" then who's going to green light it, agua? The parent, or the child?

  • @DrCaustic The green light is going to come from whomever can give that 6 yr old boy an answer to his erection or that girl getting her first menstrual cycle. If the child goes to the parent, kudos. If they don't because they feel uncomfortable with their parents, then the child. Wake up.This only applies to children who don't have the same choices that they would have in a family where they could talk about these things. Availability does not mean easy accessibility.Teachers have protocol.

  • @agua197575 : In other words, that child is getting sex education & condoms whether he or his parents ask for it or not?

  • @DrCaustic If you want to see it that way. Alternatively, it can be seen as another option for a child who doesn't have parents to educate them or who are dismissive in discussing such topics.White supremacists, who don't have the money to pay for an exclusive white school R forced 2 send their children 2 segregated schools. They'll get an education about equality and human rights. Is it infringing on their right to an education or their ideology in what they want their children to be educated on?

  • @agua197575 : "White Supremacists..."

Has anyone ever told you that you're a racist?

  • @DrCaustic Only you, but without the ground to stand on. It's such an empty statement. That's like criticizing my face as being ugly without seeing what I look like.If you have nothing to retort of any value or that's within the realm of reason, then do yourself the favor of ceasing this useless ranting. Enjoy living in your bubble.

  • @agua197575 : "Only you, but without ground to stand on."

You just said "white supremacist" agua. YOU brought up the issue of race, not me. I'm just trying to figure out why you think it's appropriate for grammar school children to run around with government issue condoms in hand. Are you going to answer my query, or just keep doing the liberal side-step?

  • @DrCaustic I did answer your question.Once again your ideologies took an example out of context. White supremacy isn't about race but about the ideology against a race. Grammar school children running around with gov' issue condoms?1.Condoms are made by private for profit business.2. You create a hyperbole out of the offering of sex education. I did answer your question. You just fail to have the faculties to reason. There is nothing inappropriate. It's just you taking the issue out of context.

  • @agua197575 : "White supremacy isn't about race..."

Yes it is. The word "White" is a color. Just like the word "brown" is a color, as in "Brown Tyranny". You're not a "brown tyrant" agua, are you? 1. We're not talking about where condoms are made, side-step, we're talking about who's issuing them to our children. 2. Your definition of sex education includes condoms, and condoms are made to be used for sex. Talk to me about the sexual habits of 6 to 11 year olds.

  • @DrCaustic Oh really? So, what makes someone dislike another person? It's an idea that comes from your mind. An idea or a perception of qualities including color that one has disdain for. Thus, its not the race but the disdain ideas one has toward the visual traits or culture that one has. Brown tyrant? Well, since you obviously came out of some animals asshole and shit is usually brown, then I would say my tyranny is exclusively towards you.

  • @agua197575 : "Well, since you obviously came out of some animals a**hole..."

Ol' Side Step has a temper, and his general disdain for others is finally breaking out. Well done, sir. Thank you for your honesty ;)

  • @DrCaustic It's not a temper or disdain. It's called playing your little games of exagerration and spicying it up at your expense. You brought up "Brown Tyranny", so shit was an obvious association as to describe the origin of a person, who could continue to originate such odious and inane rhetoric. Now, you try to displace your inability to discuss your exaggerated ideas of what's inapproriate in grammar school, and make it about a false assumption and generalization of my disdain of others.

  • @DrCaustic Side-step? I did no such thing. I reasonably pointed that out because you labeled the condoms as being "government issued" when the production and profit of such dispersement of contraceptives would go directly to private institutions. It's like calling coke sold in schools "government issued". It's aburd.

  • @agua197575 : "Side-step? I did no such thing."

It's all you do, agua. It's the Liberal way: ask a pointed question, and get redirected to some radical viewpoint. But fortunately, this is Youtube, not live radio or tv. We get to stay on task until the query is answered properly.

  • @DrCaustic It's all I do? Yeah, this coming from a someone who contrues hyperboles for facts. One who lives in the world of hypotheticals and dogmatic hypocrisy. That's the conservative way. You did not ask a pointed question. You asked, what are the sexual habits of 6 to 11 year olds? That's called a loaded question. That's the conservative way of side-stepping the discussion about who get's to decide what's appropriate for a child of that age. The truth is adults decide what is appropriate.

  • @DrCaustic The conflict arises when you have those who use their ideologies as a false basis for reason. If you want to know the sexual habits of 6 to 11 year olds, you'd have to do an extensive study, which requires money that no one finds any interest in pursuing. Their is no relevance to bring up the sexual habits of children when education is not for the purpose of controlling habits. That's asking me the relevance of educating kids about smoking when they are not of age to smoke.

  • @DrCaustic "Proper education?" The real questions are, What does the community consider as "proper" and what do individuals consider to be "proper"? Again, you continue to use loaded questions to attack rationality. The original argument was about "availability" of sex education and the role of the parent in their education. You've implied the government has no role in educating a child in topics that relate to sexual habits, yet the government has no role in a publicly funded school system.

  • @DrCaustic The public consensus of a community are responsible for the educating of the children. If the curriculum doesn't suit the parents liking, they can participate in the school board or put their children in private schools. There's no government involvment in the choice of where a parent decides to get their child educated. Thus, the relevance of this discussion is mute, for if one doesn't like the socialist system of having public schools then dogmatic parents can pay for a private one.

  • @DrCaustic Please feel free to have the last word, for I grow weary of trying to reason with ideologues. You want facts? You want "step by step" instructions? You want answers? You want to know what's appropriate? Go where you go for everything else in your DOGMATIC WORLD. Go to God... "The last refuge of a man with no answers and no argument."

  • @agua197575 : OK, you are one long-winded liberal. Let's simplify this before I become forever lost in oratory hell...

True or False: Grammar school children should be issued government subsidized condoms.

  • @DrCaustic Are you serious? Talk to you about sexual habits of 6 to 11 year olds? That's the time on average young boys get erections and girls can get their menstrual cycle. Yes, condoms are made to be used for sex and guns are made to take corporeal life. Sex education doesn't guarantee sex; just as much as gun instruction doesn't guarantee the not taking of a child's life. How does the availability of sex education obstruct the choice of a parent deciding when to offer such instruction?

  • @agua197575 : "The teaching of sex isn't being forces on the children;it's being made AVAILABLE."

I like this quote. It appears so non-threatening, doesn't it? But when it's read in light of your latest response, all of a sudden it feels like I'm addressing a tyrannical bureaucrat with a bloated pension fund. What do you think, agua?

  • @DrCaustic Tyrannical bureaucrat? How so?Pension fund? That's a misplaced assertion. Have you ever lived under tyranny and been addressed by a tyrant? You don't seem 2 make a point.U just spew bias comments that fail 2 refute my reasoning. Many statements can B taken out of context, particularly "non-threatening" ones which go against ideology, but don't infringe on personal liberties. The "available" right 2 have a gun or choose a religion can be a spin for fundamentalist recruitment propaganda.

  • @agua197575 : I see. So you're providing a service for children without parents? What about the children who have parents? Do educators have the authority to fit all children with condoms and teach them about having sex with others? Also, Where's the proof that grammar school children need to wear condoms & be taught about sexual activity?

  • @DrCausticChildren who have parents?Does that mean that those who have parents R all responsible?U R so out of touch with what kind of sex education is taught at school. Where's the proof that they don't need the education in grammar schools? We can go back & forth playing U R stupid syntax games. U continually exaggerate the issue into such extremes with no evidence 2 support them having ever occurred. The education is there. It doesn't mean it's going 2B advertised on walls 4 kids 2 inquire.

  • @agua197575 : "The education is there. It doesn't mean it's going 2B advertised on walls 4 kids 2 inquire."

No, that's the more "educated" grammar school kids job. But I'm not talking about bathroom walls, Side-Step, you are. Now please join me back in the classroom, where teachers with a desk full of rubbers is waiting to pass them out to our children. Break it down for me. give me a step by step scenario of how our kids would receive protected sex devices from you.

  • @DrCaustic What? You continually make up these hypothetical and exaggerated scenarios of teachers passing out condoms to children in classrooms. All you do is reiterate hyperboles and make assumptions on how sex education is handled in the school systems. Bathroom walls? Where did you think those kids got their education about defacing walls with sex messages? From their responsible parents? Oh wait, they got it from all the condoms passed out by the teachers.

  • @DrCausticYou're quick to attack government as being the culprit trying to impose some form of oppression. Why don't you attack the Walmarts, Targets,CVS, etc. who don't have supervised "adult's only sections", where your "innocent" children won't get access?Who do these private institutions think they are trying to impose their views for profit without taking into consideration people's beliefs? Who needs schools giving out condoms when a child can find BuzzLight Year &Trojans in the same place?

  • @DrCaustic Authority? The school board,a secular public authority, established by the public community, enacts the rules for the educating of children in a community. Thus far, there has been nothing unconstitutional in there state government going against it.This is nothing but antiquated versus modern thinking. Look, children are more exposed to violence, but I don't hear people like yourself promoting peace, where these grammar school kids can be sheltered from the bellicose nature of humanity.

  • @agua197575 : Point out in the constitution where the school board is required to teach our children HOW to have sex.

  • @DrCaustic Oh please. Why don't you point out in the constitution where one has a right to an education, period? There's nothing unconstitutional when it's not inherently stated in the constitution. Thus, should providing education or a public school system or even a library be unconstitutional? This whole sex education rant is about your ideologies. It's selectively shunning out the things you feel inappropriate and not about the rationality of making education available to those who seek it .

  • @agua197575 : This bickering is pointless. Spell it out, agua. I want a step by step example of how "proper" sex education is to be administered to our grammar school children.

  • @DrCaustic No. Why don't you point it out? Since, you obviously know more about what's appropriate than I do. By answering your question, I only give you my view, which you already and clearly know where I stand on the issue. What makes you an authority on how sex education should be administered in grammar school?

  • @DrCaustic The bickering is pointless, DrVitriol, because you have no point to make against the reasoning of accessibility, when all you have are false exaggerated claims of how the education is being administered. Sehr gut, Mein Dummkopf.Gracias por su estupidez. Unfortunately, this is Youtube and not live Faux Noose TV or radio, where rational minded people can't get cut off on the conservative media, when they make a logical argument against hyperboles and distortions of facts.

  • ACCESS TO CONDOMS, DOES NOT MEAN THEY'RE GOING TO BE THROWN OUT IN CLASSROOMS LIKE CONFETTI. Leave to the nut jobs to construe things out of context to fuel their insanity. A town school committee, which consists of the individual citizens from the public, unanimously approved it. Where's this implication of government making decisions are parenting come from? Responsibility of parent to teach sex responsibility? Controversial? What the hell? Are we living in the 16th Century.

  • maybe there are too many pregnant pre-teens in MA

  • This sickening utter filth makes my blood boil !

  • Dude, i hate to break it to u, but at tht age, ur son KNOWS

  • Yep, in the 5th grade no one cared about all this

then they made us go to a sex ed class…needless to say,

the kids started to imitate what they were educated on,

they would have otherwise been playing basket ball and

    doing things that kids do.

I say let kids be kids……..it is the mind of a child molester that would approve giving condoms to elementary school kids…..what kind of sexually sick mind comes up with and executes such a perverted act.

  • Are you kidding me?! Hey, this is a message to all of you kids that responded to this video and are happy about this: "worry about learning how to speak and write proper English instead of worrying about having sex!" It is no wonder why we have as much crime and violence in this world; these kids cannot even spell correctly! This is just a ploy from satan so that he can corrupt children at a very young age, and they will be less likely to be saved. Pray people, pray for our children!

  • I wish my school would allow that. I just want to see what one feels like on me. I'm nit ready for sex now.

  • what is so bad about first graders fucking? stay out of there business!

  • see....a sick mind approves of the act .......let the jim comment stand as proof to the facts of what I said.

  • @dsa8 u are sick for wanting to dictate others and what they do. you commie bastard!

  • See…….NO this is the state dictating to the parents......not how their children should be raised but how their children will be raised....you are all backwards JIM

  • @dsa8 stfu u republican cunt!

  • @jimisajewboy Wrong Again………..dude dunk your :-$ head sober up…..lol that’s slick you’re a Rick roller lmao

Basically you are a predictable variable of one brain washed :-) so what I’m going to do is send your next response to like 200 people before you even say it.

when you say exactly what I think you will say :-p we can all have a good laugh about it.

  • @dsa8 UR GOING TO DO WHAT?

  • Massachusetts is the new Sodom & Gomorrah ... Sinful whats going on there...

  • As a taxpayer, I think 6 year olds should buy their own condoms!

  • @utoobsta hell yea they should lets make sex young i aint in 1st grade cuz im 13 but i used to watch porn really young make porn nd condoms llegal for kids i always wanted that to happen nd i believed it was gonna happen
