@Adamguy2003 @boomzboombam basically u both say a number guess of what the total amount will be when u add the random number of fingers u put out with the ones of the person ur playing with and whoever guesses the right # wins and whoever doesnt loses and has to drink...idk if that makes sense, but i hope i answered your question :) my mom used to play when she was younger a lot haha and so she taught me...

@lespips You start the game by saying the rhyme about the big crab with eight legs with two horns. The rhyme is like a cheer or chant- so they're fun to yell, which incites more happier and reckless drinking.

The numbers is usually the one who gets the CORRECT number who has to drink. Another version is if you use the wrong number of fingers indicating the spoken number of fingers used in the game - you have to drink.

And yes, there is a game where if you call the wrong total number you drink.

There are different rules to this game, but the rule they use here is as follows:

They both extend a random amount of fingers from 1 to 5, while guessing the total amount (2 to 10). If you guess correct the other guy drinks.

Example: In the first round Jackie says 2 and they both point 1 finger each.

The last round Jackie says 1, but since there cant be a total of 1 finger he has to drink.
