well just so you all know, he cuts and pastes the video when he inputs the code, if you watch carefully enough, you will see that there is actually a 0 there so the number he enters is in fact 30167710 but it will likely not work for your device as each SIM has a unique code that has to be entered, if you have an active account with virgin or had in the past and are in good standing, it is illegal now according to canadian legislature for them to tie you into a contract with your phone locked

@bluezeusdog thats because the unlock code for the htc legend requires 8 digits, not 7
