Even IF there was a NWO or anything of that nature, these chips are ultra-short range. There is no way possible to read them from more than a couple inches, and once implanted sub-dermally like this, the range decreases significantly to less than an inch due to layers of fat and skin. How are you supposed to track someone from less than an inch away from their hand?? These tags are great for access control like starting your car or unlocking your door.

This is not true, I'm an electric engineer and I can guaranty you that a passive/active RFID chip reading distance varies with the power of the stimulation wave/sensitivity of th receiver antenna, so technically that chip can be read from 100m away if you use a Deep Space Communications antenna (per example of course, as it is very expensive).
