I don't think I've ever been so educated by a recipe video. I like your style it reminds me of this show in Mexico where the chef would give psychological advice to viewers in response to their letters while demonstrating a recipe. I was amazed at how he never made a mistake like telling someone they should love their garlic instead of saying love yourself :-) keep it up your technique just may catch on
