The reason why he looks kind slow is because 5 African American guys beat him up severely and caused him brain damage and she keeps getting robbed and he never quits I see him all the time n we always honk the horn lol I know what happens to him because my mom told me and she's use too work with him mom n I'm 13 hehe

i use to clean out foreclosure houses in cleveland/lorain area up till recently did it for 6 years and he's been there on the same corner for atleast that. i drove past this guy atleast 2 times every other day. he is harming anyone so dont hate

Because he is harmless and everyone knows he is a good kid. it is not illegal to dance on a sidewalk like that or even hold up a sign. He isn't panhandling or anything he is just enjoying himself.
