Anyone who brings a camera to the gym, has no business being at the gym...wanna-be posers! Unless you have 600 on the rack, leave the cam at home, and the guy talking shit is annoying AS FUCK!!!
Her form is perfect, that's the way they are supposed to be done. This develops the whole back, using a large ROM. Straight back does nothing other than a bit of work in the mid back, using an ineffective short ROM. Look at how all the pros do this exercise. You're supposed to use your lower back. It does exist for a reason you know.
KakaCracker - Good point. You actually answered a question I was going to ask. Kenny Waller did these leaning all the way forward in the movie "Pumping Iron". I tried doing these without pivoting at the lower back and the ROM felt very limited.
I have to say it's pretty lame to see her trying to be the hero by lifting heavy weight & swinging her back all over the place. You are meant to keep a straight back with seated cable rows. She will see better results if she 1/2 the weight & keeps good form.
She does not impress me at all. First of all she is using mostly her lower back. Swinging back and forth using momentum. Stop swinging so much babe! Let's see if you can really move that weight.
The gym is a little bit crowded as far as the equipment. Not much room for it all. Janet competed in Figure twice and bodybuilding twice, and will be competing again in bb this summer.
What's with the cardi equipment right on top of the seated row, tight fit! Ron did Janet ever compete in a physique sport or other sport? Very strong girl, keep up the good work.
Just watched her doing some incline presses and one thing is for sure, she has miles better form than yourself. Try going lower than half way down on the negative portion of the rep and then watch the upper chest grow and not your triceps.

Sorry but you are wrong. Just watch any pro body builder do those (Arnold for one) that is the proper form and nice and smooth.

Ok possibly an exaggeration.

Actually, my upper chest is very thick, and my triceps need to improve. But I appreciate the suggestion.

Lovely titties! Why are you bigger than your husband??

She's 130 pounds, and I am 230 pounds, so I don't think you're correct on that one.
