This movie had soo many elements from so much different stuff... I'd like to point out the Final Fantasy Esque storyline and animation as this is what Final Fantasy would look like if it was made into a real live action movie... also robin hood, and i'd say samurai champloo :)

I saw yesterday "The Returner" and music there was amazing so I look now for more movie with Akihiko Matsumoto's music and this what I see is more then amazing! *-* I must see this movie!

I would suggest downloading a 720p rip of the movie and adding in your own subtitles...There's a DVD sold on Amazon...It's a China/Hong Kong version...The dvd quality does not do the movie justice...

Saw the movie, i've got comments

Enjoyed the movie but i think the action was rather too unrealistic. Could shinobi really jump hundreds of feet up in the air?? The special effects and action were too fantastic and i'm not sure if that proved favourable to the theme of the movie.I suppose we can just accept it as a piece fiction based on an altrenate history/universe wherein such creative dramatic license applies.
