somehow when i believe that when God decided to make babies cute and with those cute giggles, it was his and nature's way to endear them to their parents and give them the attentio they need. Some animals abandon their babies after having them! :) ) Nature is a big con artist. :)

@tamtigerneesou : I totally understand what you mean!!! I have seen so many fat cute babies!!! Most of them being Chinese, second Malays & last Indians( but Indians extremely rarely). Me being a woman & saying they are cute,etc the parents dont mind but as long as I dont touch the babies(some parents dont like it). I never do touch the babies but at times I have an urge to pinch those fat cheeks!!!
