i wanted to do this but they said that its very difficult. 75% Seals BUDs training is psychological and i lack that. Like most of it is mental health... how well can you tolerate extreme levels of stress and function in it, and how fast can you cope with extreme stress. They teach you that non stop.They always want you to be aware of your state of mind and your stress level than any other branch ( Not so sure on the Ranger side...)
@xHzDxKING rangers not so much, but they arent the top of the army list... its US army special forces that is... and they do everythign the seals do plus what hte rangers do.. They are the SAS equivalent.
