i think you gota work a little bit on the oblique muscles , little on the abdomin. what is your fat percentile? overall still great muscle conjunction. i have problems building triceps. i tried doing medium wieght dumbell sets 2 sets 10 second brake between each it engorges my tricep with with massive bulk then i do 20 light wieght dumbell reps to ease the muscle relaxation and still target those left over tricep muscle. i dont know how you get definition i know its little body fat and i do hav
im at 16% bod fat i dont want to go down to 10% because although the toning is great at that level i train to engorge my muscle and still get that smooth definition look without getting it so chiseled out with seperation. just want to know what you wokr out with because it looks like you at least do a little or more. triceps should not be neglected as they account for 2/3 of the arm muscles but my bicep accounts for 1/2 by size comparison.
