I also did the same thing, but I made it up there with Robin in his Scuba suit. I was jumping around the generators, before I blew any of them up, and somehow I jumped onto one of the power nodes and double jumped right up top. It didn't do any good though; I pulled the switches to turn the wheels on, then knocked them out via Batarang (or Robinrang), and the shock charge went off but it didn't hurt him. I guess it doesn't work unless the generators are blown up.
I found a cool glitch where you get make like a million robins. You have to have technology suit decoy which is a red brick and you make a decoy in the batcave.you take control of that robin and bring him any where next to a fall and he automaticaly blows up. Then you turn that robin into technology suit.I try to put a vido
