I'm sorry you felt so sick.. it could certainly be detox.. especially the cravings.. have you tried any of the heavier raw food recipes? how about tacos.. you take some walnuts soak them then dry them in a dehydrator.. you could also use ones that haven't been soaked.. then you grind them down a bit add taco spices.. you put that "meat" into a romaine leaf with guacamole, salsa, lettuce, sprouts.. etc.. and they are really really good and heavier than smoothies or salad.. maybe ti would help?
