@TheGuthro It's not that they're scared to get busted open. WWE's put a policy because the weapons to the head have been the cause of severe concussions and injury (because sometimes things happen, and they get hurt for real), so since there's no weapon shots to the head, they don't get busted open. It's WWE looking out for the long-term wellness of their performers so when they're 50, they can still walk and see their grandchildren.

WWE may not be as good as attitude era but the guys in it now still work hard. Let see you cut a promo like the Miz and have the guts to make fun of the Rock like the Miz.

well it official guys as of a few days ago WWE (no joke) has removed the name "wrestling" from there name, and will now be know as ONLY the WWE and it will become a multi-media entertainment platform: movies/shows/comics/etc. ...R.I.P. father of the wrestling world, it was good while it lasted

wrestling will never get back to what it used 2 be with pg..its not just about the less violence and blood..but the wrestling and the wrestlers and gimmicks in the attitude era will always be better than 2day and back in the day all wrestlers mostly were in storylines and titles like the IC and tag team were relevant now days tag teams are shit...mark henry and yoshi tatsu..give me a break..its going 2b hard to get back to this type of wrestling HHH=great heel back then Austin=Greatest Ever!

@jontigallo It IS the writers/wrestlers. Half of the WWF shows were PG at this time, including Smackdown. Blame creative for mistaking PG with G even though they've started to push the envelope a little.
