  • All right.. pingüino ROdriguez.. yeah!!

  • bellissima canzone ,non tramontera' mai ,dedicato a tutti quelli che con l'amore rendono migliore questo mondo

  • Chirs from San Antonio, Texas. He is also one of the only musicans to ever win 5 Grammys and one Oscar in one year! Now that's talent unbridled.

  • oh yes i love piguino rodriguez

  • I had a feeling I'd be seeing Michael McDonald on this video! lol It's no wonder, he did help write this song and you can hear his harmonies on the record as well as in this live concert. Great talents! Thank you for posting

  • 80's music makes me feel as good now as it did back then. Love it.....

  • two thumbs up!!!!!

  • What an inspiring song with such a simple concept. Everything will be OKAY :) Everyone could give this song a listen.

  • This is God talking to us all - He loves you and his mind is on you !!! :) Be Cheerful in heart and give freely the love he gives you. He misses you - talk to him.

  • God.... what a great music ahhhh

  • the Best from the 80's, make me remeber all those day of innocenns

  • When you have true talent, it doesn't matter what you look like. NO ONE has ever won 5 Grammys and 1 Oscar in one year. CC did in 1981. Why? Pure talent. I often wonder why God gives some people such unbelievable talent and others who profess to be talented and really aren't. But that's His way. What is for sure is they you and I get to reap the benefits of it all and we, the public know the difference between a say David Lee Roth and a Christopher Cross, the one who has the real talent.

  • Great song undoubtedly and Cross is one of the greatest in the 80ies. But his best time has passed quite long ago, his intonation sucks and his voice is kinda weak. Nevertheless, great music great musicians and I'm happy to see him live in November!! :-)

  • We're going to make it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Excelente!!

  • lyrics please

  • Superb song. Cris always with brilliant backing vocals (michael still rulez :-)

  • Is that Michael McDonald of Doobie Bros. fame on keyboards?

  • Sure it is. He sang also on the original LP

  • Michael Mcdonald on keyboards and backup vocals, right? Can't think of a better voice to accompany Christopher Cross' voice.

  • mi primer recuerdo con la musica cantando este tema a los 6 años aprox...paso muchisimo tiempo..lindo reencontrarme con esta cancion

  • great voice

  • ROFLOL! "What do you do?"

Oh, I play the wind chime.

  • This guy was before his time...Great music in the 80's and still great now...

  • Amazing... His voice is the same at the record... which is made in.... the early 80's (?)

  • Is that Michael Mcdonald on keyboard?

  • I dont know if anyone answered your question already, but yes that is Michael Mcdonald

  • Michael did a lot of the backing vocals on Christopher's debut album in 80

  • Yes it is!

  • He would NEVER get a record deal these days with a head like that. That's why music these days sucks ass.

  • Did Cristopher played guitar on all his almbums? For some reasone I always thought that Steve Lukather played the leads.

  • He looks just like George Costanza.I love this song, though.

  • ha ha, i thought the same thing about him looking like Costanza! But either way, the guys brilliant!

  • dnd esta el video que sale un cisne??

  • yes that is michael McDonald on the keyboard

  • is that micheal mc donald on keyboard?

  • no doubt

  • SO PRETTY.

  • I used to hear his band in Austin on 6th street at Steamboat. Wow what great sounding group. He had the live sound down to science with a 5 way PA system, etc. You had to hear it live in a small venue to believe it. Best sounding group I ever heard.

  • The '80s we'rent cool at all in '98, but the crowd doesn't seem to care!

  • meraviglioso!

  • goodness..C.C. is truly fantastic!esp on this dvd..True Music!

  • Why did you even bother clicking on and listening to the song then? Quit wasting everyone's time.

  • realy

  • another great song by the great mr. cross.

  • Is that Michael MacDonald playing the piano. If yes, then that's a lot of talent in one video!

  • It might be George Lucas

  • Yes it is McDoanld

  • Thank you

  • also a verry good song from Christopher, I like it.

  • wow...Christopher is so good at playing the guitar under rated guitarist

  • Notice he has 2 girls playing in the band, his voice is so high it takes women to make the high harmony work per the original recording (which I would guess he sang himself). Pretty impressive!

  • Just a guess but I think Mike MacD is playing a digtial piano, 2nd guy is playing a chorus rhodes and the babe in the back is playing strings/pads. Piano would be the basic chord vamp, Rhodes plays the inversions and harmony/melody tags and strings fill in the back. That would be my best guess from listening to it.

  • Thank you for the comment, its clear now, i am drummer and it all sounded the same to me, lol. Thank you and keep rocking with Chris.

  • ma hablas a mi?

  • Actually, when I first heard his voice, and I know some of you may laugh when I tell you this, I actually thought it was a lady singing.

  • This song is pretty darn "All Right". I wish I could sing like that! and write like that! and play like that! I think I could make it!

  • besides singing,he can play too!!

  • excelente cancion felicidades cris

  • trerific!!!

  • peazoo himnooo!

  • This song will always be remembered for being CBS theme song for the 1983 NCAA Tournament..won by Jim Valvano's Cardiac Kids from NC State.

  • Wow! Thanks for posting all this concert ftg. He needs a cool hat of some sort. He looks like an accountant at Happy Hour.

  • Haha, right on target...

  • Or is that "Seinfeld's" George Costanza playing guitar and singing?

  • Is that Michael Mcdonald on Keyboards?

  • Yeah! It's him.. You can tell from the vocals if not from the looks..

  • Nope, Ric Flair WOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Sorry, trying to inject some levity here

  • I want to know who it is behind Chris

  • WOW!!!!! Christopher Cross, This takes me back oh man... High School, no worries, Girls, Fun, and always thinking on how you going to score next. Any way He is absolutely great. You will alway be in my hart and memories.

  • uno de los mejores videos de musica que hay por el momento

  • Much of the studio guitar work on his early albums was Larry Carlton and/or Eric Johnson. Those guys are impeccable players.

  • I'm off to see Chris at the O2 on Sunday 14/10/07 can't wait. Haven't seen him since 1983. If you think this track is good you should listen to his ablums. Every tracks amazing.

  • you are always magic Cristopher....youre music is fantastic...i always listening and i love it

    gus from maracaibo-venezuela

  • As the one poster said,it was the closing to the 1983 NCAA basketball final four.Houston and NC State.Louisville and Houston was the marquee match-up,in the semi-final,as both were #1 and #2,in the nation, respectfully.I was about 14 or so at the time and lived(still do)in Louisville.Awesome game,26 dunks between the two teams!Anyway, good song, brings back good memories!

  • On the studio version, singing backup besides Michael McDonald is Steve Lukather (who does the guitar solo) and Mike Porcaro from Toto.

  • grazie! mi hai riportato indrietro coi miei più bei ricordi.. grazie da AGRIGENTO (ITALIA)

  • Just when you feel helpless

    Nothing left to say

    Love will find us

    The past behind us

    Then we're on our way

  • I love this song... very beautiful

  • They played this song during the closing of CBS Sports' coverage of the 1983 national championship with Houston/NC State. Oh and it's a pretty song.

  • I can listen to Christopher Cross all day and every day.

  • One man one legend and I really miss him What is Mr. Cross doing nowadays?? Anybody send me a new song or video?/ Thanks

  • He came out with a few songs for the Christmas season in 06, I think thats the most recent stuff he did. You can find it on Itunes.

  • I think this guy, unknow for me, could learn a thing or two wiht the God, Justin timberlake

  • cuz is alright i think were gonna make it gret

    freeking s0ng.....

  • But the solo is much weaker than Steve Lukathers origianl tho it's the same solo!

  • Grat WESTCOAST :D!

  • Christopher Cross is underrated as a guitarist. Many in the Texas music scene (Billy Gibbons, Eric Johnson) know that this cat can rip when he wants to.

  • Fantástico Sr. Cross... usted es un gran músico. Felicidades desde Girona (Barcelona, Catalonia)

  • This is great pop music! Not like the dreck on the radio today! Great guitar and hooks!!
