You can get nettle tea from picking nettle from a patch in cannifis. you then use the nettle leaves on the bowl of water and use on a fire/range. THUMBS UP SO PEOPLE KNOW!!

for any late starters of the quest you can use slayer ring and tele to slayer tower forr quicker access to old crone.

there is a glitch in the quest here is how to do it  1) Wear the ghost sheets you get during Ghosts Ahoy quest at the bank in Port Phasmytis.

2) When a 1M+ drop party would happen you could have the banker teleport you to the party room. You will still be in the ghost sheets.

3) To become all disformed you simply had to go the duel arena and die.
