well sorry to say, but no. the same thing happened to me, i didnt know which ones i already had.

so when i recorded i just went through the game in order and got them, thats why in the video it got unlocked early...

when you get the weapon make sure you get a check point and then save and quit. and i don't know much about trophies but i think there pretty much the same as achievements. hope this helped
