STOPPING A TORNADO-- YOU TUBE VIDEO. Preventing a tornado from touching the ground. I made this video because i survived a tornado in 1998. In Dec. 2006 i came up with a theroy on how to PREVENT a tornado from touching the ground.

He gets excited, but nothing compared to David Payne with KFOR out of Oklahoma City. If you ever get a chance to watch or listen to him do it. David Payne is a riot.
Cantore is one of the best. You can see the passion for meteorology in all of his reports. THAT'S how you become a success at what you do. You have to have passion!
wow he had hair and sounds way young here geez wonder how old he was in 91 he and vivan brown been with the weather channel for a long ass time that's dedication right there
Wow, 27 and already that bald. Makes him look 10-15 years older there. Poor guy. He was obviously destined to be a cue ball. Guess he has everything else in life. LOL ;)
if i remember right the spring of '91 was active for severe weather, starting with extreme flooding in georgia and alabama in march, and tornado outbreaks in kansas and missouri in early april...but the summer was way cooler than normal...
@domirules28 You are correct the spring of 1991 was pretty active. However, the most activity that I remember was in the plains. March 26th and 27th featured a severe weather outbreak in the plains, midwest and Ohio Valley. About a month later, on April 26, is when the infamous Andover, Kansas tornado occurred, obliterating that trailer park. May continued to be active with more severe wx outbreaks in the plains, aka tornado alley.
