You are right about the expressions, and also about the colours, maybe this has to do with the fact that almost all these paintings were elaborated only some years/decades after the Greek Revolution...

ναι, τα κατάφερες για ακόμη μια φορά, και πολύ ωραία μάλιστα. Το αστείο είναι ότι για τον ελληνικό οριενταλισμό έμαθα πολύ πρόσφατα, και τώρα ήρθε το βιντεάκι σου για να δώ περισσότερους θαυμάσιους πίνακες. Γιατί χαίρομαι τόσο που προβάλλονται διακριτικά και με γνώση αυτοί οι ζωγράφοι; :)
