Would some one comment on the placement of stuffed Lions in front of the Guru sahiban Gur Granth sahib. I have never before come across this kind of decoration. Does it have any significance?. Also could you identify the Gurdwara where it is located.

its probably ben offered by a child out of affection, and yes a lion is significant to sikhs as a lion is wat singh means ans lions have quite a considereable significant reference in sikhism.

btw, do u know real name of hans? He is Jorawar Singh...Well, symbols (kesh etc.) have their place but u must know that Punjab inherits this great bliss of Gurban in a special way quite distinct from the rest of the world.

Is Paudi se jo nar chooke, Aayen Jayen dukh payeda.
