This is a song heard in SimCity4 while in the regional view. I got the music file from my Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Radio\Stations\Region\M­usic folder, the file being named "SC4g3." All of the music in SimCity4 is in these files, the regional music in the "Region" folder and the in-city music in the "Mayor" folder. Also, Deluxe Edition, or Rushhour expansion for those with the original game, is totally necessary to have the most fun with SimCity4.
