I always preferred stealing the powerfoods from hobgoblins near dragnier. You can get them in larger quantity at station myria, but I gathered them there while I had my fairy village all set to gift mode to kill time until it was the stat up item I wanted. Is the gift thing different in the psp version? I know it takes more than 7 battles to get a fishhead in the ps1 version, and it was also a good source for swalloweyes and life shards (if gootitans weren't popping up as often as you'd like)

how many battles do you have to fight to get each of the stat boosting items from the fairy gift shop? all i know is that 7 battles yields a fish-head.

Nina --> low physical attack

Momo--> low accuracy

Garr--> low magic attack

I see that your main character have 500 HP/AP - 500 is limit for all stats?

No, you can go past 500. My Garr has 600 Attack and Nina has 600 Intelligence... I just thought those values were high enough.

999 is the maximum but be careful. If you have equipment attached say a royal sword when increasing power you have around 170 odd extra power. If you get to 999 with it equipped and change weapon, the maximum number will reduce.

You only get 2 Moxa in the game (used to increase Willpower). I copied a few but it really isn't that important. Besides, willpower (guts) overrides Soul Gems and will revive your character with only 1 HP *shudders*

You don't have to, but it makes it much easier. Charm works for both steal/drop %, but you only need to use it once.

Yes, but the other's take a while, and keeping track can be a pain. I think it is better to steal them and copy them at the same time. Except the Fish-Head, since you get it @ 7 fights...

The Fairy Village has a Copy Shop, which allows you to copy items in the game.
