  • You Scum You Slime You Maggot

  • Didnt Sgt. Slaughter have a character in GI Joe based off him???

  • @TheTrueSaberMaster yes he did

  • I've always disliked the "fake audience" background.

  • valve on

  • 2:44 "I don't like that fuckin' sound!"

  • Luigi should have given Mario one of those special MUSHROOMS to make him get back to his Big Size! Geeeez, why wasn't I directing this episode!??

  • did someone fall asleep on the laugh track button?

  • I Am Surprised Slaughter Didn't Charge In With A Flag....

  • the canned laughter is too much... holy jeez

  • "must be some kind of communist plot"

    "How do you know that?"

    "IT'S ON THE RED ZONE?"

  • Could be worse... Just watch the damn movie if you're in doubt.

  • "must be some kinda communist plot" words id never think id hear associated with the Mario bros

  • @dutchycooper Wasn't there a website where some crackpot deduced that Mario looked like Joseph Stalin.

  • what would slaughter say if he worked in a meal delivery place, after they said what they wanted? and thats, an ooooorder

  • Holy shit this is dreadful...

  • a little bit too much laugh track

  • @TheHunter14792 WAY too much soundtrack!

  • yep, he's a wrestler all right

    Slaughter:Have I made myself clear!?

  • That laughter is ridiculous.

  • I've never heard so much background fake laughing before in my life.

  • Wow, normally when Ron Jeremy does a plumbing job, he grows.

  • @TheDullahan lol hahahaha

  • Someone needs to get Mario a red mushroom, quick!

  • what'd you make this pizza with?

  • Swing your arms from side to side...

  • lol he went from fat italian to midget mexican

  • 3. We hear what our brain wants us to hear, since we live in a, quite honestly, aggressive and vulgar society, with violent video game and TV shows running amok, it only makes sense when I state, albeit with a small amount of uncertainty on this opinion, that we heard the F word because we are desensitized to violence and related imagery, thus encouraging our minds, along with all of the other elements stated above, or rather below, to detect this type of material from a source that comes close.

  • "I don't like that f*cking sound!" There are a few good reasons to why it does APPEAR that he issued that statement. 1. The laughing audience sound effect played right before Sgt. Slaughter spoke, disrupting the conversation and slightly warping the words. 2. The accent on this guy, makes it a little more difficult to discern between certain syllables and again, the roaring audience doesn't do much to help. And neither does the crispy, slightly off audio quality of the past.

  • 2:46 what did sgt slaughter say??

  • Poor Mario...

  • You know Nintendo, wwf, and G.IJoe was all contected at the time. Actually still are nintendo makes video games for both wwe and G.I.Joe

  • @cosmokramerrules

You mean THQ produces GI.Joe and WWE games for Nintendo now.

  • thx 4 sending

  • R.I.P. Captain Lou Albano

  • "I'll go check on the pizza."

Which one? There are like, 4 pizzas around him at the time he says that.

  • It's been far too long since I can remember first watching this as a kid in the early 90's. Thanks for the posting. :)

  • lol, omg, this is so awesome.

  • 2:44 Lol this is a kid's show? He said i dun liek that fucken sound Lol

  • @TheStrawberryLolicon Holy crap, that does sound like it.

  • @TheStrawberryLolicon clunking

  • I like how people here only recognize him from cartoons and not from WWF.

    Cobra Clutch ftw!

  • I didn't follow wrestling as a kid so I didn't know Sgt. Slaughter was a wrestler. I only knew him from GI Joe. And as a fan of both GI Joe and Super Mario Bros as a kid, this was the best thing EVER!

  • Did he say "I don't like that fuckin sound"

Also, wasn't this dude in th GI Joe animated movie from the 80s?

  • No. It was "I don't like that thumping sound."

And yes. He was an commemorative action figure, and the only one to appear on the cartoon.

  • yes he was in gi joe the animated movie

  • rip cpt lou ill neva forget u

  • R.I.P. Captain Lou you are never forgotten

  • would be a lot better if theres wasnt the fake laughing in the background.

  • @skatepunk217 Well, I'm pretty sure it's real considering it looks like a live studio.

  • @skatepunk217 that's just like michael cole!

  • Rip Captain

    We love you

  • Memories....

  • R.I.P. captain lou Albano

    you will be missed

  • I Join with you My Friend

    RIP

  • You mean Mario and Luigi actually did some plumbing at one point in their lives?

  • earlier today Capt. Lou albano (Mario) Passed away at 76. a moment of silence please : ( We'll miss you Lou

  • They blow almost has hard as your mother.

  • lol they always curse in this show that's awesome

  • didn't the Sgt say

'i don't like that fucking sound'?

this happens when luigi describes the pizza, anyone know if he actually said that?

  • He actually re-states "I don't like that thumping sound."

  • Ok, that makes sense.

But, given that he's a military guy, and they're infamous for cussing a lot, you can understand why someone would think he said "fucking".

  • yeah he did

  • anchovies,grieves and cheese wiz

  • I feel like watching every live-action segment of this show now.

  • me 2

  • Luigi gave Sergent Slaughter the Italian version of the middle finger. You could never do that on a kids show today.

  • What did Luigi say he made that pizza with

  • anchovies what and cheese whiz?

  • Anchovies,beets, & cheese whiz.

  • Haha!!! I owned this on VHS when I was like 5. Hopefully it's still laying around somewhere. I'm pretty sure Magic Johnson was featured in another segment.

  • Lou Albano is Mario numbnut!

  • Comment removed

  • Lou Albano could have played the role of Mario

  • He did. You probably don't recognize him because he doesn't have on his rubber bands and he shaved his beard to play mario.

  • It helps if you have a Sherman tank bozo!

  • Good stuff. But I haven't seen so much mistiming of the laughter track since King of Queens.

  • 2:45 Sgt slaughter says I dont like that fuckin sound,He only ment to say that when he was a wrestler

  • Till next time everybody, do The Mario!!!

  • the ending is so funny! hahahaha!

  • Was this recorded in front of a live audience or did it use a laughtrack?

  • Laughtrack

  • SO FUNNY

  • lol i think he did

  • OMG!!! HE DID!!!

  • no he said thump

  • a 2:46 did Sgt.Slaughter say fuck ?

  • thumping sound

  • He did!!!LOL

  • he said thumping not fuck

  • What'd you make that pizza with?

  • woah, the machine turned Mario into a midget! I want one!

  • wtf

  • I never saw the actual show, I was braced for shittyness but, y'know. it's not actually that bad.

Sure they use a metric asston of canned laughter and the gags were pretty corny, I still smiled most of the way through. Lou Albano and Danny Wells just have this enthusiasm that makes it worth it, a 4 out of 5. bad, but not terrible and all in good fun.

  • I did when it was brand new back in kindergarden. It was my favorite show.

  • @wellsy20 For a while I thought Luigi was played by Joe (SCTV) Flaherty.

  • at 3:30, does he say "twat"?

  • 2:40 a pun on that 'I don't know what i've been told' tune.

  • tunai khankir chala

  • 2:45 you can't say that sgt. slaughter!

  • i cant believe... that was my 1st episode watching the mario bros in Malaysia...

i loved the show.. a lot of fond memories. Even i missed the Zelda cartoon during the Mario show.

Btw, i didnt know that Captain Lou was Mario !!

  • I never noticed how bad the laugh track is on this.

  • WWF/WWE and Mario Bros. I like the combination. Good old Days

  • Good times, good times

  • Awesome. I used to love this show so much as a kid and this entire episode was really the only one that I can remember mostly. I remember the cartoon for the episode too was a wild wild west style with Koopa and such. Funny shit. Makes me wish I still had my VHS tapes of this.

WTB a port of it to DVD :D

  • where do i download this episode?

  • "What do you think of that, Sarge?"

"It's in the red zone!" LOL.

    That guy is awesome!

  • THERE'S your classic right there! I like the ending. At first, you think "After Luigi yelled 'EXPLODE', KABLOOEY!" But then, out comes Mini-Mario yelling "I'LL SHOW YOU EXPLODE!" But in my case, I saw the event of the ending coming, except I thought it'd be a Halloween Town type of deal. You know, like at the part with the fat ghost in the mini-sauna? When they turned it up at full power and the ghost comes out with a smaller body yelling "ATTENDENCE!" *Sigh* Good Times...Anyway, my point...Yeah.

  • Sgt.Slaughter Is Awesome..

  • i had a bus driver that looked like lugi from the show

  • wow someone is just unloadin on that canned laughter

  • I didn't Know that Slaughter was on an episode of this show! Awsome!

  • well no surprise here. Didn't Captain Lou Albano (actor that plays Mario here) used to be a wrestling manager? Figure he'd get some of his buddies to show up for these intros...

Ahhh the laugh track... boy did that really hold the show together.

  • Red zone means Nazis!

  • Actuall he means [Russian] communists

  • Whatever!

  • Sorry, i'm very picky when it comes to military history/trivia.

  • That's alright.

  • i always liked when the sargent visit them lol

  • You forgot the part where Slaughter & Luigi introduce the Zelda Cartoon/Segment. I used to worship this show as a little kid. Thanks for posting this. I remember this episode since I was first introduced to this show in 1995. I wish they made alot more episodes.

  • Every time I see this show, it makes me want pizza. Subliminal advertising.

  • Poor Mario! Wasn't he short enough? LOL!

  • One of my all-time faves ;x;

  • They don't make shows like they use to anymore, scenes like these are classics for the ages. I remember watching that show when I was a kid and Sgt. Slaughter was always one mean customer

  • Did he say "I don't like that fucking sound?" at 2:46?

  • No he said i don't like that "thumping" sound.

  • Sgt. Slaughter was in also GI Joe.

  • i always watced this show and the start and the and whit the 2 guys who played mario and luigi where the best oh this show xD

  • Mario gets stuck in Sgt slaughter's steam machine, lives, and becomes a midget.

    WHY WAS THIS SHOW CANCELED!?

  • @ScorpionHUT I don't know.

  • WOW! The Red Zone HE HE HEEEEE!

This is where Carlito learn to spit in his early childhood!

  • Red Zone = Communist

    ROFL

  • Hoi! I thought Carlito spits...

  • listen up u maggots, sgt slaught is the man and spits on anyone he sees even the mario bros

  • Sgt. Slaughter rules...

  • lol id laf if he put the cobra clutch on luigi

  • sgt slaughter is the best

  • is that realy him????don't get angry at me but he looks different sargaent slaughter

  • Yeah that's him. I actually got to meet him about 6 years ago, and that's pretty much how he looked.

    P.S.

He's a really super nice guy.

  • i heard Roddy Piper was on the show, too

  • Yeah I believe he was

  • Slaughter in the show, Lou Albano the voice of Mario at one point, WWE has gotton involved with Mario pretty good, maybe a WWE superstar should be in Brawl.

  • I definetly agree!

  • It's funny how WWE Legends seem to intertwine to Nintendo characters.

It's no wonder I love video games & wrestling.

I'm surprised Sgt. Slaughter didn't give Luigi "The Cobra Clutch" when he had the chance.

  • CAPTAIN LOU!!!!!

  • uhm why do they put laugther in right at the start? come on, how funny is a Steamomatic-machine? the laugther is so fake as it can be. after about 1 min. they have used the laugther-machine about 100 times! come on, it doesnt get better with someone laugthing. kinda stupid

  • So thats why Mario is so small.....

  • Only Sgt. Slaughter could drive through New York traffic in a Sherman Tank, and double-park on top of a woman's Chevy.

  • He says "thumping" sound.

  • It's the mario brothers and plumbin's the game, found the secret warpzone while workin on the drain

  • 2:40-2:45 That was Funny!

  • did sarge say fucking?

  • Yes he did!

  • i like how luigi flips off slaughter

  • Why has Luigi got a G on his hat?

  • That is a crooked L

  • this is awesome

  • The only reason The Sarge was on this show was the fact that the guy playing Mario(Captain Lou Albano) was the manager of the Wild Samoans(uncles to The Rock, Rikishi, Umaga and Yokozuna).

  • aten hut baby cakes

  • 2:45 "I don't like that fucking sound?"

  • No, he said "thumping"

  • I noticed that too

  • lol.....

  • man i love this show!!!

  • LOL @ Mini Mario
