That poor dog is not deformed, nor is it a shaved dog, the breed is called, "Peruvian Inca Orchid" (P.I.O.) dog. I own three of these dogs and they are timid and crave human affection and contact. It's really heart breaking to see this animal treated like this. Not only are the PIO RARE the dogs routinely sell for between $1000.00 to $2,500.00 each depending of the breeding. Hello people, it is not a big deal! It is a mixed breed of a coyote and pig. Down South the Coyote sometimes wanders into the Pig's den. No the coyote does not go in there wanting sex, it's wanting to kill a pig. Sometimes the Pig will overpower the coyote and does it's thing before chasing the coyote away. Hence the no hair and short front legs. Look at the ears too! It happens! I just hope the farmers are not doing it on purpose. Peace out!
