@SSBOFDM Hong Kong's not doing too well either considering Hong Kong was a British colony for more than a century & people get to learn English from the age of three. Tony Leung speaks pretty fluently, but an average HongKonger's English is usually not every good.
The sad thing is that Hongkongers can't even speak Cantonese properly either even though we're native Cantonese speakers, a lot of people speak like they've never been educated, they can't even construct sentences PROPERLY.
@jackyhk yeah, I know daniel wu is one of the best speakers. Tony has been growing up in Hong Kong since he was born in, but his English is so fluent as native speakers in UK or US.
I have never know 梁朝偉, his english language is very good.
