you cant twist move to first base and not throw thats a balk you can step of and fake a throw but but not a jump or twist move. in the video you cant see his feet so it could be legal.

correct you can not stand on the rubber and you can not fake a throw to first while on the rubber but from the stretch you can leave your foot behind the rubber and do whatever you want with or without the ball

it's not a balk, the pitcher had the ball while he was on the mound, he just never threw the ball to first base.  You can fake a throw to first base if the pitcher steps off the rubber instead of just jumping and turning.

We did a play similar to this in a game last year. But it was in a league with no lead-offs until after the pitch crosses the plate so instead when the catcher threw the ball back to the pitcher our pitcher faked a throw to first and the runner went and we got him.

u could do anything u want with the ball as long as ur not on the rubber. so u can address home plate with ur foot behind the rubber. not on it
