Aside from your sweeping generalizations, you've missed the entire point of the exercise.

Canada doesn't extradite people at risk of execution, and it shouldn't deport people at risk of being tortured.

They are being deported because they did commit crimes in their countries and in almost all cases they entered Canada illegally. It is hard enough for honest upstanding individuals to immigrate to Canada. We don't need the rif raf and convicts.
