History does repeat itself... I can see the Texans following in the footsteps of this great team, with the right QB of course... Its clips like this that make me sad i was born in 92, but happy to remember at least one season before they left Houston.
I am the biggest Oilers fan that ever lived and this brought back memories of the most exciting football team to ever suit up fro battle. We will never see another team this explosive or this much fun to watch. To Warren and all the other Oilers we miss ya!
@computasaur YOU ARE 100% WRONG!!!! i am the biggest oiler fan ever.i uploaded all these videos...i have a giant man cave totally dedicated to the oilers...i have complete game broadcasts of oiler games from the 70's thru the 90's...i had season tickets to the day they moved...yeah,thats right.i was there when 10,000 showed up to the games in 96....TRY AGAIN!!!!!..all in fun though.great to see more like me.
@computasaur I have to admit I'm a lifelong Baltimore/Indy Colt's fan but I sure miss those baby blue Oiler uni's.They were a great team to watch, saw them many many times in person. That being said,I think the Texans ,if they don't screw it up,have a great chance to bring that football title back to Houston.
@mahagga. When the left I lived in Dallas and cought all kinds grief for not being Cowboys fan but to me no team was as exciting to watch and Moon was such a game changer. I grew up in San Angelo Tx. and in 1978 the Oilers moved training camp from Nacogdoches to the campus of Angelo state University. Got to watch Bum, Earl, and the boys workout and was changed from Cowboys fan to Oilers fan and have never looked back. I still watch football but the game has never been the same since they left.
Warren Moon probably threw the prettiest spirals ever

@gcastro723 these Texans have more talent than a lot of those Oiler teams all around.

The Astrodome was very good to the Oilers in 1990, as it was in 1987 and 1988.
