Molly Johnson is on the tambourine. She was in a couple of bands in Canada called ALta Moda and the Infidels, Spider Sinnaeve on bass who was formerly the bassist from STreetheart & Loverboy. The drummer is Matt Frenette who was the drummer for Loverboy. This is a Canadian super group backing up Cochrane here..AMAZING!!

NO STRANGER is his BEST ALBUM. I have followed this guy since "Tom Cochrane and Red Rider", and holy Christ (no disrespect) it took me about 5 listens to the entire album before I got it. But something clicked. You know how you don't like a CD but listen to it over and over, then, BOING, something sparks??I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS ALBUM. ROUGH AND TUMBLE makes me teary every god damn time I hear it. Saw Tom at the Stampede last year (2007) he & RR! for 2 solid hours @ Coke Stage. TC&RR rock!

did you know that he use to drive a taxi before making it big? and he use to play music on the side at bars and clubs and stuff. then one day some guy heard him and really liked his voice, and thats how it happened :) i like how he was a normal guy and he worked hard to get where he is now
