No, the desert eagle has a slow rate of fire, but it's really strong. So if you shoot someone with your m4 and not finish him, take out the desert eagle and you will kill him in 1-2 shots.

The reloads arent different when you play the game. I have dm4 and it reloads the same as normal m4. Fraps makes it reload different.
